UPGRADE OLD EQUIPMENT WITH NEW CONTROLS

Below a wire mesh machine which was brought in out of the rain... and with our system... is running production today. As well the company removed the brakes and clutchs and we built the system to operate with Allen Bradley Power Flex 4 Drives. The control is the same as servo control, but at 1/4 the price. Machine comes within one encoder count every time. Which is far more than the tolerance needed.
